Role Overview: Academic Counsellor – Inside Sales
As part of our Inside Sales team, you'll help learners discover the right academic opportunities while building trust, driving enrollments, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential learners via calls and WhatsApp (Potential leads only)
Understand career goals and guide them to the right educational program
Manage end-to-end counselling, follow-ups, and closing
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams
Ensure a high-conversion and satisfaction rate
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Experience in EdTech / Education industry (preferred)
Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
