Technical Support Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Advocate to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience with our products.

As a Technical Support Advocate, you will be responsible for providing post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365. This includes assisting customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting software issues and device network/connectivity problems, as well as providing product guidance to customers on the download, installation, and activation (DIA) of products.

Additionally, you will address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Product Support and Windows Support
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (night shifts)
  • Excellent communication skills (English spoken and written)

Prerequisites & Skills:

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
