Help Desk Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Help Desk Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our end-users.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line technical assistance to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Administer and maintain various systems, including Windows Server and Linux O/S.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tickets worked, including problem resolution, user satisfaction, and completion time.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure seamless support across departments.
  • Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or as a Technical Support Specialist.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Strong enthusiasm for helping others resolve technical issues.
  • Exceptional English speaking skills.
  • Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange.
  • Linux OS.
  • Remote Support.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Desirable Skills:

  • Fortinet knowledge and certifications.
