
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced technical support specialists to provide second and third-level technical support to customers. The role requires resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing timely resolution of complex technical issues for customers.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Managing and prioritizing support tickets for effective issue resolution.
- Documenting and communicating technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Monitoring and improving support processes, tools, and systems to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on providing L2/L3 support.
- Strong technical background, with expertise in one or more areas such as ETLs, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
