Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting high net worth individuals, ultra-high net worth individuals, and family offices to drive capital inflow for media and entertainment financing opportunities.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment preferences, risk appetite, and financial goals.

Business Development:

Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Expand the client base to include prominent family offices and private wealth managers.

Product Promotion:

Promote Valarr's financing solutions, focusing on invoice discounting opportunities within the media and entertainment industry. Communicate the unique value proposition of these offerings effectively to potential investors.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on progress to senior management. Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Market Insights:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Provide insights to shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, with a focus on high net worth individuals, ultra-high net worth individuals, and family offices.

Prior experience in alternative investments, private banking, or wealth management is preferred.

Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, especially in the context of financing and investment opportunities.

Extensive network of high net worth individual/ultra-high net worth individual clients, family offices, and private wealth managers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex financial products clearly and persuasively.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
