About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to partner with our advertisers, educate them on display and programmatic ads, and help solve ambiguous business problems. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal sales, product, creatives, and support teams to address customer needs, acting as the voice of the customer to help drive product enhancements and create solutions on behalf of your customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising solutions
  • Improve internal processes from campaign planning to execution to drive time and cost efficiency through tools and mechanisms
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to track program inputs and outputs, finding new revenue opportunities for business
  • Leverage insights, trends, and your knowledge of marketing and Amazon advertising solutions to build Amazon DSP sales narratives and pitch Amazon DSP to new clients
  • Execute media strategy with support from internal teams and review with advertisers
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy
  • Drive repeat business from activated Display advertisers
  • Insist on highest standards on delivering campaigns
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in advertising
  • Experience in DSP/ad network sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building high-velocity ad products
  • Experience working in e-commerce
