Role Description:

This full-time role is for a Regional Business Development Manager, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, recruitment, and compliance with company policies.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a Senior Sales/BD Role or equivalent position
  • 5+ years of experience in the Elevator industry (Otis/Kone/Schindler/TKE/Johnson)
  • Ability to understand and translate engineering drawings
  • Business development and strategic planning skills
  • Strong understanding of elevator industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred
