Regional Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Regional Growth Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives in the region. As an key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning regional revenue growth and developing strategic plans to achieve targets
  • Managing critical growth and performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and team productivity
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and implement process improvements
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the interior fit-out industry
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in revenue growth, marketing, and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Structured thought process and analytical ability, with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
