- Develop and execute plans to enhance market penetration by partnering with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new partners through consultative B2B engagement.
- Presentation of the company's capabilities in Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance to secure partnerships.
- Design innovative partnership models to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and optimize performance of existing alliances to ensure maximum ROI.
- Align regional business strategies with national objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Manage escalations and ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.
- Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy.
- Lead a team of alliance managers and business development executives.
