As a Compensation Lead at Bread Financial, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and administering compensation structures that attract and retain talent while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. Your advanced analysis skills will be essential in providing insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments and new initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex analyses on market trends, job evaluations, pay scales, and compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement effective compensation programs and structures.
- Manage compensation-related data within HRIS systems. Generate reports for leadership review and decision-making.
- Ensure compensation programs are compliant with legal and regulatory standards. Participate in audits and reviews as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, with a proven track record of handling complex compensation projects.
