Compensation Strategist

ANSR Global Corporation is a leading organization that strives to attract and retain top talent. As a Compensation Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing effective strategies and programs related to compensation and benefits.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Rewards Consultant, you will be responsible for building rewards relevant to Internal ANSR Talent, delivering high-quality solutions in areas such as market benchmarking, pay ranges design, benefits design, budgeting, compensation structuring, statutory impact, and project management.
You will also be required to present solutions and recommendations to internal stakeholders, analyze market trends, and create thought papers on the state of the market.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of experience in a compensation role with strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office and regional or global experience in compensation and benefits.
Prior experience with data management and visualization tools such as Flow, Sharepoint, or Tableau would be an added advantage.
