**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills to lead our compensation and benefits initiatives. As a Lead, you will design and implement compensation models, bonuses, and incentives programs that align with organizational performance.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement compensation structures, salary ranges, and long-term incentive programs across group entities* Analyze market trends and develop reward programs that attract and retain top talent* Develop and report metrics on the effectiveness of managed compensation programs* Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and recommend improvements* Independently resolve complex compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions
**Requirements:**
* 2-4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably from a consulting background* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders* MBA from a top B-School or equivalent experience* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to operate independently and guide teams*
