Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage global key accounts with the aim of expanding our portfolio and increasing revenue growth
  • Identify and onboard new voice carriers to diversify our offerings
  • Maintain relationships with existing carriers and establish strategic partnerships
  • Act as primary contact for carrier-related queries, issues, and negotiations
  • Perform business case analysis and manage contracts and agreements related to wholesale, international, and carrier relations business
  • Handle multiple carrier accounts daily to reduce buying costs
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve revenue targets
  • Increase revenues and margins in wholesale voice business
  • Negotiate quarterly swap deals, implement, and follow up on execution
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with wholesale telecom carriers (customers & suppliers)
  • Negotiate favorable rates with carriers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct studies, analysis, and cost calculations to optimize business operations
  • Work closely with finance teams to optimize cash flow and management
