This is a unique opportunity to work as a Territory Business Manager and drive business growth across B2B clients and key accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a set of key corporate accounts within a specified territory, building strong partnerships and long-term business relations with B2B & Corporate houses.
As a Territory Business Manager, you will play a dynamic and collaborative role, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Candidate RequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following skills and qualifications:
- MBA with 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B/Corporate Sales or Account Management, Client Facing Roles.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, extremely comfortable with managing key decision makers.
- A high level of ownership in getting things done, by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders.
- A go-getter person, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A good track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Exploring the food business from all out-of-home avenues like corporate events, corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, housing societies, etc.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders such as society managers, chairmen, corporate admins, event organizers, etc.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business goals.
- Converting new big housing societies, B2B customers, and becoming their preferred partner for food ordering.
