Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Growth Manager. This position plays a critical part in our organization's strategy to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in customer-facing engagement, preferably in the telecommunications domain. A strong background in sales, service management, or relationship management is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer accounts.
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and issues.
  • Monitoring and influencing interventions across all customer touch points to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in customer-facing engagement (sales/service management/relationship management etc.) preferably in the Telecommunication domain.
  • Graduate degree. Preferably with an MBA.
  • Sound technical knowledge related to Data and Voice services.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders internally and within customer organizations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to travel to customer locations across India.
