Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. As a proactive and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, team collaboration, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth through paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnership ecosystem, and offline extensions.
  • Oversee the implementation of growth initiatives and work closely with operations teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Prioritize digital initiatives while maintaining a deep understanding of creative and communication strategies.
  • Leverage expertise in paid media to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Apply CRO principles to optimize growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a growth-oriented role, preferably in consulting or agency settings.
  • Proficiency in tools like VWO, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Salesforce, and 6Sense is an asset.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CRO and other relevant growth tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with SEO optimization and strategies.
  • Experience working with MarTech tools and retention marketing.
