Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated
Business Growth Manager
to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building lasting client relationships and driving growth across multiple creative services. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping us reach our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification:

Identify and leverage opportunities to expand the company's services across branding, marketing, graphic design, web design, and video production.

Client Relationship Building:

Establish, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with both new and existing clients.

Performance Management:

Drive performance to achieve monthly and quarterly growth milestones

Tailored Solutions:

Understand client objectives and recommend bespoke solutions that align with their goals.

Client Engagement & Satisfaction:

Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships and success.

Strategic Negotiation:

Demonstrated ability to negotiate strategically and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

3–4 years of prior experience in client engagement, strategic growth, or a related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven expertise in designing and executing effective growth strategies.

Highly focused, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
