Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Growth Product Manager who will drive client engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven product enhancements, campaign strategies, and MarTech-led initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of capital markets expertise, customer insight, and marketing technology fluency to design and execute growth levers across digital and advisory channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and implement product and platform enhancements to drive trading, investing, and AUM growth across client segments.
  • Partner with business, technology, and marketing teams to define and deliver new digital features, journeys, and nudges that improve client engagement.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics (MAU, active traders, conversions, retention) and recommend actionable insights.

2. MarTech & Campaign Management

  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, etc.) to plan and execute client engagement campaigns.
  • Design and manage lifecycle campaigns across email, app, WhatsApp, and push notifications to drive product adoption and wallet share.
  • Work closely with the analytics and creative teams to A/B test messaging, optimize communication journeys, and maximize ROI.

3. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Use client and transaction data to identify behavioural trends, segment opportunities, and activation triggers.
  • Translate data insights into business actions for improving cross-sell, retention, and customer experience.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track growth KPIs and campaign effectiveness.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, or Finance from a reputed institute.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Broking, or FinTech in a Growth, Product, or Digital Marketing role.
  • Proven exposure to capital markets, trading, and investment products (equities, commodity, mutual funds, US equities, bonds, PMS, AIFs, etc.).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of client life cycles in trading & investing ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech & CRM tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau preferred).
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and bias for execution.
