Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Strategy
: As an IC, develop and execute Growth Strategies to grow omnichannel customer base, reduce regrettable churn rates, and increase resurrection rates by analysing qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data; Growth Strategies that identify & validate the top blockages/opportunities and unblock/unlock them via steady-state Growth Programs. - Execution
: Drive the end-to-end cross-functional execution of these Growth Programs by collaborating with various teams and influencing them into action persistently, despite absence of formal authority. - Storytelling
: Tell quant & qual stories w.r.t. these problems and programs to various teams and stakeholders for feedback, iteration, & improvement.
Top 3 Must Haves:
- At least 4 years of growth/strategy/programs experience including at least 1 year in the ecom space
- Solid experience in data-driven decision-making through strong spreadsheet skills
- Deep customer empathy
Top 3 Good to Haves:
- At least 1 year experience in a pharmacy space
- At least 1 year experience in a high quality program management or product analytics role
- Working knowledge of using AI tools for quantitative and qualitative analysis
