Job Description: Business Growth Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and versatile Business Growth Manager to spearhead sales initiatives, client engagement, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day sales activities, support the sales team in closing deals, and introduce innovative strategies for business growth. A strong background across diverse business domains is preferred, enabling the candidate to bring fresh insights, adaptability, and cross-industry expertise to the role.

Key Responsibilities

1} Sales & Revenue Generation

2}Manage daily sales operations and ensure achievement of growth and revenue targets.

3}Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients.

4}Actively participate in high-value negotiations and closures alongside the sales team.

5}Develop innovative approaches for generating revenue, both from existing clients and new channels.

Client Relationship Management:

1}Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

2}Clearly articulate company services and solutions to potential and existing customers.

3}Ensure consistent follow-ups and client satisfaction to maximize business opportunities.

Team Training & Development

1}Mentor, train, and support the sales team to improve performance and close more deals.

2}Conduct regular training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and sales strategies.

3}Provide hands-on guidance to the team to achieve collective business goals.

Strategic Business Growth

1}Leverage past experience across different business domains to bring innovative strategies and fresh perspectives.

2}Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

3}Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

1}Proven experience in sales, business development, or growth strategy roles.

2}Exposure to multiple business domains/industries is strongly preferred.

3}Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

4}Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team.

5}Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6}Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented professional.

We are looking for candidates from Gujarati, Marwadi or Punjabi Backgrounds.
