- Carrier Relationships are very critical as large product inventory and Value associated with each Carrier Customer
- Relationship Manager is responsible for overall engagement impacting post Sales customer life cycle
- Develop strong relationships with key Decision Makers and Influencers in the customer account
- Appropriately and efficiently address customer concerns and issues for higher customer satisfaction
- Focus on Base Management through retention efforts and proactive interventions
Key Role Deliverables
- Retention and Base Management across Products / Services
- Identify Revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Engage with customer with perspective of growing overall revenues
- Drive efforts to restrict Churn and protect base Revenue.
- Monitor and influence appropriate interventions across all Customer Touch Points (Sales, SA, SD, SO)
- In coordination / Collaborations with Sale and CSO achieve higher level of Customer Satisfaction (NPS Scores)
Right Person (Qualification Experience)
- 15+ Years of experience in customer facing engagement (Sales / Service Management / Relationship Management etc) preferably in Telecommunication domain
- Graduate. Preferably with MBA
- Sound Technical Knowledge related to Data and Voice services
- Ability to engage with Sr level and Key stakeholders internally and with in customer s organization
- Drive Projects to address chronic customer issues in coordination with Sales and CSO functions
- Able to travel to customer locations across India
- Personal Attributes
- High degree of ownership
- Ability to collaborate with key stake holders with in TTL to address customers issues
- Confident in engagement with Sr Leadership with in TTL and with in Customer s organization
