Business Development Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to develop and manage business relationships with medium and small enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking industry and be able to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including covering clients with revenues up to Rs. 2 Crore;
2. Own business development (new client acquisition) as per agreed plans;
3. Initiate, manage and deepen client engagement; Build relationships at CXO/CFO levels;
4. Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products including salary account, retail current and savings accounts, forex, derivatives, trade, cash management services etc.;
5. Maintain/enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
6. Mentor assistant relationship managers and analysts;
7. Franchise and brand building activities.
