
Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to lead and maintain long-term relationships with clients based on strategic direction.
- Leads and ensures retention and maintenance of long-term business relationships with clients
- Develops new business opportunities from existing clients through add-on services
- Single point of client contact for coordinating service incidents and technical issue escalations
- Accurately forecasts all revenue lines, monthly and quarterly, and validates billing to ensure timely payment
- Ensures revenue targets for new and existing accounts are met
- Tracks and reports performance and is accountable for profitability of new commercial deals
- Works with Technical Management to set priorities for bespoke development
- Manages sales support resources and creates propositions with internal stakeholders
- Stays abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive products
- Extensive account management or sales experience in software development within the Payment Systems industry
- Payment schemes knowledge
- Good networking and people skills with a proactive approach
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent management and prioritization skills
- Must be numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Strategic thinker, able to operate at all levels of the organization
