Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to lead and maintain long-term relationships with clients based on strategic direction.

  • Leads and ensures retention and maintenance of long-term business relationships with clients
  • Develops new business opportunities from existing clients through add-on services
  • Single point of client contact for coordinating service incidents and technical issue escalations
  • Accurately forecasts all revenue lines, monthly and quarterly, and validates billing to ensure timely payment
  • Ensures revenue targets for new and existing accounts are met
  • Tracks and reports performance and is accountable for profitability of new commercial deals
  • Works with Technical Management to set priorities for bespoke development
  • Manages sales support resources and creates propositions with internal stakeholders
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive products
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive account management or sales experience in software development within the Payment Systems industry
  • Payment schemes knowledge
  • Good networking and people skills with a proactive approach
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent management and prioritization skills
  • Must be numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker, able to operate at all levels of the organization
