Franchise and Revenue Developer
A challenging role is available for a highly motivated professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a network of franchise partners.
- Identify prospective franchise partners with strong potential for revenue growth.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and negotiate franchise agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Drive sales growth through direct sales and franchisee channels.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed to optimize results.
- Manage franchisees by providing comprehensive product training and compliance guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support, including regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching, to ensure franchisees meet their targets.
- Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Manage reporting and administration tasks, ensuring accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics, with self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and comfort working independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
