Business Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to oversee the performance of our franchise partners and their teams in sales and design processes.

This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Achieve higher conversion rates by streamlining sales processes and providing expert guidance.
  • Design Project Oversight: Oversee the design and delivery of 12-15 projects per month, meeting customer expectations and project deadlines.
  • Team Performance Enhancement: Supervise the work output of Partner and Team for 5 Stores, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Train designers to achieve predictable sales and design output, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Experience Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.

  • Collaboration and Feedback: Gather market feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
