Business Development and Franchise Growth Manager

This role is responsible for driving business expansion and franchise development of schools. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to potential partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential business partners for expansion of our Pre-School network.
  • Conduct market research and profiling for opening up new locations in strategic cities.
  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing activities.
  • Present business opportunities to potential partners and evaluate their suitability as a partner.
  • Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for acquisition and growth.
  • Maintain revenue and profitability targets, product development and launch of products in various regions.
  • Coordinate with Business Partners for smooth functioning of Franchise academic centers.
  • Build and maintain the school brand in target markets and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence within the industry.
Requirements:

A Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) or Graduate (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee / sales / institutional sales is required. Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel are essential.
