The role of Chief Compliance Officer is to ensure that the organization conducts its business in full compliance with all relevant national and international laws and regulations.

This includes professional standards, accepted business practices, internal policy standards, and IT Security frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, and PCI-DSS requirements.

As an experienced professional, you will have a good understanding of the highly innovative and dynamic environment of a FinTech organisation.

You must be able to lead tactical compliance setup and operations, provide concise and to-the-point compliance advice, and demonstrate a proactive and analytical program management approach.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of experience in the practical implementation of Compliance programs in an international environment and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT Security, Risk Management, or Cyber Security.

Key skills include:

  • Supporting design, implementation, and management of IT Controls & Compliance Frameworks for an international organisation.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry best security practices within SaaS environments.
  • Managing and coordinating customer and independent third-party attestations as part of contractual obligations and certification requirements.
  • Supporting Third-Party Risk assessments and regular assurance programs.
  • Prior experience working with GRC tools and platforms.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be fluent in English (written and spoken), and have experience managing in a functional way. Professional certifications such as ISC2 or CompTIA are desirable.
