Job Title: Chief Digital Growth Officer Chief Digital Growth Officer is responsible for leading the organization's digital transformation strategy to drive business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Digital Strategy: Develop a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead IT Team: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Business Analysts/PMs to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify complex problems and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: Understand business needs, processes, and problems to translate them into technology solutions.
  • Software Development: Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Lean to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Change Management: Ability to plan, implement, and manage organizational change, helping employees adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field; relevant industry certifications; strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management; minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role; proven experience in successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
