Enterprise Marketing Strategist

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that spans multiple channels, including digital, offline, and ABM. Leverage generative AI tools to enhance messaging, email nurtures, landing pages, and ad copy.

Drive pipeline growth through data-driven decision making, real-time analytics, and continuous funnel optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys.

  • Define and execute the end-to-end demand generation pipeline—strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Develop a scalable demand generation engine that incorporates inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and ABM motions.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, funnel velocity, and return on investment using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the demand generation function, driving measurable results and exceeding KPI-based goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns for new acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Build and manage complex campaigns, leveraging generative AI tools for automated segmentation, personalization, and intent modeling.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, and Copy.ai.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, and content automation.
  • Strong command of funnel optimization, multi-channel campaign strategy, and ABM/ABX methodologies.
