
Regional Franchise Development Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our franchise expansion efforts. As Area General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential cities and strategizing franchise growth.
This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional leadership and team management skills. You will be responsible for collaborating with the regional manager to identify key growth opportunities, conducting market research, and providing guidance and training to ensure alignment with our franchise selection criteria.
You will also be responsible for scrutinizing and shortlisting potential franchise profiles, overseeing meeting scheduling, and personally pitching our franchise model to prospective partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market Identification & Strategy: Collaborate with the regional manager to identify high-potential cities and conduct detailed market research.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze, and call leads from potential areas.
- Lead Generation & Meetings: Scrutinize and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with our standards and oversee the scheduling of meetings with interested prospects.
- Area Visits & Prospect Engagement: Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas and personally pitch our franchise model to prospective partners.
- Franchise Conversion & Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by converting the right profiles into franchise partners and ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational within set timelines.
Key Result Areas (KRAs): Successful onboarding of new franchise partners, meeting and exceeding franchise onboarding targets, and ensuring timely completion of franchise operational setup.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
