Job Title:

Regional Sales Director - Eastern India

This is a high-profile role requiring the ideal candidate to lead regional sales strategies and drive business growth in Eastern India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve national targets, managing state/city sales leaders, and aligning regional sales execution with national goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Assam.

  • Develop localized sales strategies for each state and prospect emerging cities with high digital transformation needs.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with CXOs at government & enterprise meetings, deliver impactful product demos, and executive consultations.

  • Build high-performance sales teams across 5 states, lead structured training, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Provide data-driven insights to Country Sales Head, monitor competition, client sentiment, and pricing trends.

  • Promote cross-functional collaboration between delivery, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction from onboarding to delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strategic leadership and sales expertise in IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and drone tech platforms.

  • Experience in building multi-sector pipelines across education, smart cities, PSU, logistics, and healthcare.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage C-suite executives and drive business partnerships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze market trends and customer needs.
