Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a key role in the company's growth and success as Deputy General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bidding and tendering, with experience in preparing tenders for oil and gas, energy, and other sectors.

  • Prepare comprehensive bids for government clients and public sector undertakings, including technical specifications and cost estimation, subcontracting, joint ventures, consortiums, client liaisoning and project management.
  • Identify relevant opportunities from PSUs, government agencies, and private companies through various resources.
  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with clients and coordinate with central functions for bid compliance, including accounts, legal, finance, and procurement.
Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of detailed bids for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors
  2. End-to-end bid management and tendering for government clients and public sector undertakings
  3. Identification of relevant opportunities from PSUs, government agencies, and private companies
  4. Maintenance of documentation and correspondence of business development activities
  5. Achievement of order booking targets from bids
  6. New empanelment and renewal of existing partnerships with public sector undertakings and other agencies
  7. Business sales forecasting and strategy development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with 10 years of experience in bidding and tendering; overall 10-15 years of experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
