
Business Development Partnership Lead

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
- Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
- Work with leadership to design go-to-market plans and pricing models.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients. Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
Key Skills & Competencies- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships
