Growth & Partnerships Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Growth & Partnerships Specialist. This position is focused on developing and implementing strategies for business growth, partnerships, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using cold email marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
  • Qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM workflows efficiently.
  • Stay updated on trends in AI-driven end-to-end contract management.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
  • Educational background in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold outreach, including use of email automation tools.
  • Active user of social media platforms for prospecting, networking, and engagement.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset—actively listens to client feedback and advocates for user needs in product discussions.
  • Understanding of the Indian contract management process, including knowledge of regional variations.
  • Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining personalized and effective engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Data-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about AI-powered solutions.
