Job Title: Business Development Manager - Tourism and Lifestyle Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead the development of impactful partnerships with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute co-branded campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Create persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay up-to-date with destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports to optimize future initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance research, workflows, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute partner-led marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  2. Build a library of reusable proposals and case studies to support future partnerships.
  3. Publish a monthly "Destination Trends" memo for the Alliances team.
