Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing approvals and enlistments with various stakeholders, including design engineering consultants, MEP consultants, architects, government departments, public sector units, builders, and developers.

  • You will provide technical support, conduct lead generation, presentations, and negotiations; facilitate bid clarifications and analyze competitive product offerings.
  • You will prepare required documents and company credentials, and provide technical support to consultants/end clients regarding specifications, standards, and compliance.
  • You will generate leads, validate them from various sources/sales team, and collaborate with sales personnel to convert them into successful sales.
  • You will conduct factory visits for consultants/end clients to ensure make approvals for their ongoing/upcoming projects.
  • You will coordinate all pre- and post-bid techno-commercial clarifications with consultants/clients.
  • You will negotiate and discuss technical and commercial aspects with clients/consultants.
  • You will work on GEM and other vendor portals.
  • You will analyze competitive product offerings in terms of features and prices.
