Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Analysis: Develop market insights through data-driven research.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with ideal customer profiles.
  • Strategy & Planning: Own a robust GTM roadmap detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans.
  • Launch Management: Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
