
Senior Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to spearhead our client retention initiatives.
This key position is responsible for leading a high-performing team of professionals in achieving exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 20-30 individuals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth, development, and success.
- Clients Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Identify, attract, hire, train, and retain top talent by formulating developmental plans and ensuring timely training needs.
- Client Complaint Resolution: Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client complaints through active listening and addressing concerns.
- Revenue Growth Support: Collaborate with the field sales team to achieve revenue and client retention targets through regular follow-ups and time-bound closures.
Daily interaction with clients via telephone or video calls to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive client retention and revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and resources to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
