Senior Business Growth Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business growth initiatives in the staffing and payroll services sector.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales, marketing, and customer relationships expert to leverage their expertise and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients in key markets for staffing, contract hiring, and payroll outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop business strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and drive business expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in staffing/recruitment/payroll services.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the staffing/payroll industry.

Bonus points if you have expertise in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing cross-functional teams.
