Revenue Growth Strategist

In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to craft and implement go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.

You will be responsible for leading in-depth analysis of market trends, client behavior, and competitive positioning to identify high-potential segments and shape targeted growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

You will drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.

This position requires a strong champion of CRM discipline and optimization of tools like HubSpot to enhance pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.

You will lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization to directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.

As a key member of the team, you will deliver actionable insights and recommendations for QBRs and leadership reviews to influence growth priorities, competitive strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
