Senior Oracle VBCS & HCM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of modern web and mobile applications using Oracle VBCS.

About the Role:

This is a technical position that requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions for business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with integrating Oracle VBCS with Oracle HCM Cloud, including REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication, and CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modern web and mobile applications using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.
Oracle HCM Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
