AI Systems Developer Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Developer to join our team. As an AI Systems Developer, you will design and build end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Additionally, they will be familiar with data engineering and databases, including SQL/NoSQL and vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
Requirements:
  • Programming Background: Strong experience with Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Data Engineering: Familiarity with data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • MLOps and Deployment: Experience with MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
