As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance by designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge AI systems.

You will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing centralized AI infrastructure and acceleration solutions to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Apply advanced GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to solve complex challenges across the organization.
  • Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, leveraging your technical expertise.
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to address critical product and business needs.
  • Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
  • Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption.
  • Debug complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and ease of operation.
  • Review and ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture.
  • Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes them.
  • Strong technical skills in system design and coding.
  • Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world.
