Senior AI Architect

Job Overview:

This is a senior-level position that involves designing and developing industrial-grade AI systems. The primary goal of this role is to architect and implement end-to-end systems that can turn various types of data into auditable, evidence-linked decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing multimodal RAG over various types of data, including PDFs, CAD/vector drawings, MSDS/chemicals, and bilingual regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing hybrid retrieval with reranking, target ≥90% top-k answerability, and traceable citations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in building production AI/ML or search systems, with a strong focus on enterprise deployments. They should be proficient in Python 3.11+, SQL, and have expertise in RAG at scale, including vector DBs, BM25, rerankers, and prompt/routing strategies.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to turn messy, multilingual data into reliable software.

The individual will extract table/figure/annotation from documents, detect symbols using YOLOv8/RT-DETR, and parse PDF vectors.

The chosen candidate will orchestrate ensemble decisioning with SLA < 10s, cost-optimized LLM flows, and build explanation layers (attribution, chain-of-evidence) and human-in-the-loop feedback.

Furthermore, the selected individual will lead deep-dive workshops with CxO/stakeholders, design PoCs that land programs, mentor client teams and internal engineers, and author crisp technical docs fit for audits.

Others:

The individual will ingest and normalize heterogeneous sources, ship document-type ingestion with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning for regulatory drift. They will also integrate external APIs and operate on AWS EKS, Postgres, Pinecone, Temporal/Argo, Prometheus/Grafana.
