Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of transformative AI-powered applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and advanced AI search frameworks.
  • Design and manage data ingestion pipelines leveraging Azure Blob Storage and related services to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Develop and deploy Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation, driving efficiency and precision.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization, pushing the boundaries of AI excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into innovative AI-driven solutions, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures, including RAG, AI search, and Agentic AI.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem, including Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation, demonstrating a deep understanding of AI principles.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals, including dict operations, multithreading, and GIL.
  • 4+ years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cloud-native development on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions, enhancing scalability and reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, balancing theoretical and practical knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
