Healthcare Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, testing, and integrating data solutions to support automated workflows, bots, and AI Agents.

  • Data Engineering Responsibilities:
    • Data cleaning: identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing values
    • Data rationalization and normalization to align with healthcare data standards and structures (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED)
    • Aggregating and consolidating datasets from multiple systems (EHRs, claims, third-party vendors)
    • Executing data extraction workflows to generate AI-ready features
    • Data quality assurance and validation checks to ensure reliability and accuracy
    • Collaborating with data scientists and AI/ML teams to align data preparation with project goals
    • Implementing automation and scripting for efficient data handling
    • Maintaining thorough documentation of data processes, transformations, and metadata
    • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and security standards
  • Requirements:
    • Strong experience in healthcare data engineering
