Regional Category Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional expansion efforts as a Regional Category Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically partner with schools across the region to drive growth and alignment with our mission.
  2. Foster strong relationships with school administrators, understanding their needs and aspirations, while driving engagement and admissions programs.
  3. Promote business growth through initiatives that enhance parent experiences, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and increase regional brand recognition.
  4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that support our strategic objectives.
  5. Monitor key performance metrics, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure timely collections.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8-10 years of experience in new business development, with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
  • Pan-regional sales expertise, successful leadership of large-scale sales engagements, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Excellent skills in business development, negotiation, and deal closure are required.
  • Able to travel extensively within the designated territory.
