Description:
This role involves overseeing lead generation, sales, and business development for a designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, client retention, and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leads, drive sales, and develop business in the region.
- Ensure comprehensive data coverage in assigned territories and track key performance indicators.
- Conceive and execute client acquisition campaigns to establish a prominent brand for property services.
- Deliver exceptional service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide market insights, data analysis, and strategic recommendations to the Marketing team.
- Meet or exceed targets in designated areas.
- Maintain accurate records of new projects and brokers in targeted territories.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree and 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
- Have prior experience working in real estate.
- Demonstrate confidence, self-motivation, and expertise in presenting ideas effectively.
- Exhibit resilience and persistence.
- Be passionate about selling and skilled at communicating with diverse audiences.
- Apply strong implementation skills.
