Key Role: Regional Sales Head

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading sales growth across North India, driving success in the region by leading and managing a team of sales managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-city teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Lucknow.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance city-level operations in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, and Agra.
  • Align regional teams with group-wide targets and strategies, fostering collaboration and synergy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales, with at least 3 years of experience in regional leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab, Haryana, and government contracting environments.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven track record of regional leadership and multi-city team management.
  • Expertise in B2B and B2G sales, particularly in IT, SaaS, and consulting solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with CXOs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) with excellent reporting skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and forecasting abilities.
