Job Title: Transformation Director

About the Role:

The Transformation Director will lead strategic and operational transformation across our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  2. Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  3. Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  4. Establishing and governing operational red accounts and plans to restore service levels and client satisfaction.
  5. Driving transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes through structured governance and reporting frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You have 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry, preferably in the P&C domain.
  • You have proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organizations.
  • You have a deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • You have experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • You have proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • You have a strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
